I just read through a terrific Blog post from Georgia Tech and wanted to share it with you. The author, Rick Clark, talks about how the College Admissions Process, whether to a selective college like Georgia Tech or some other college, is a lot like the challenges one faces when trying to hike to the top of a mountain.
Titled “Challenge by Choice”, this Blog does a great job of explaining what colleges are hoping to learn about you when they read your college resume or high school transcript. Remember, getting admitted to your top college and being awarded BIG scholarships takes more than just having great grades and high test scores!
