College and Beyond, LLC is searching for individuals to full-fill the capacity of Part-time College Planning Advisors.  At College and Beyond, we help families navigate their way through every aspect of the college process.  Our mission is simple, eliminate the complexity and stress of the college process and get a student to attend a college where they will thrive and reach their dreams.

Each employee will be trained to be able to help students and their families with:

  • Guidance and review of the FAFSA and CSS PROFILE Financial Aid form completion.
  • Career Analysis and Review
  • College Selection Guidance and help building a student’s College Lists
  • Application Review and Guidance
  • Essay Review and Guidance
  • Interview Preparation

This position is ideal for stay at home parents, retirees or for individuals who are looking for supplemental income.  It is also idea for those who will be entering the college planning phase for their family in the near future.  Hours are flexible depending on the scheduling needs of the client. Clients are local, national and international so hours could vary greatly.  Individuals will be need to have a home office and video/audio conferencing capabilities.

Due to confidential nature of data which will be collected, a background check will be required before employment is offered.

We are looking for individuals who are aware of time sensitivity of deadlines, self-motivated, dependable, eager to learn about the college planning process, tech savvy, flexible hours including evenings (could be after children go to bed), great personality, problem solver, comfortable asking questions for guidance, comfortable talking to other individuals, eager to help others better themselves and be able to provide consistent reminders of deadlines and tasks to be completed by clients.

Compensation will be based upon a menu of services (listed above) offered and payable upon completion of those services. Individuals will be considered a contractor and not an employee of College & Beyond, LLC.
